Refund policy

Saddle & Stitch will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 20 days from the date your items were purchased.
Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
Store Credit & Size Exchange ONLY.
Non Returnable items(NOT eligible for store credit or exchange): Final Sale Items, Handmade Jewelry, Freshies, Hats, Hair Accessories, socks.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE SUCH AS RECEIPT!
