SHIPPING~

We will do our best to ship out quickly in 1 to 2 business days. We will ship Priority mail through USPS which includes tracking and Ins. & UPS based on the order.  You will receive tracking information when your items are shipped. Note: If you are not seeing your tracking email, check the Spam/Junk Folders.  

~What happens if you receive a delivery email but your package is not there?  You will need to contact your local post office for the Exact Drop Off location.  Delivery services have GPS tracking that record the drop off locations of packages.   If the package was dropped off at the wrong location, let them know so the corrections can be made. 

 Note: Your order is Tracked & Insured in route to the shipping address only. Once the order is dropped at the shipping address according to the delivery service, we are no longer responsible.

Suggestion: If you know the shipping location could be vulnerable to theft we offer "Signature Required" delivery option.  Please contact the store through email saddleandstitchshop@gmail.com for this option to be added.
